Must Read Blog for SEO

925147_linked_handsThere are many reasons why I like to read Stephan Miller’s blog. His writing style is easy to read and his posts usually provide valuable information. I don’t get the feeling that every post is trying to sell me something. But the biggest reason I like to read Stephan’s blog is because of the valuable link lists that he provides for free.

Not just a few lists, but lots and lots of lists providing thousands of links valuable to any internet marketer. Want some free blogs for backlinks? Check out 190 Free Blog Hosts. (Do you think that is enough?)

Are you into article marketing? Do you think you could use a list of 290 articles sites, sorted by page rank?

And then there is the ultimate list, the one that originally brought me to his site. A list of over 500 do follow blogs. That should keep you busy for awhile.

But while you are there, take some time to read the posts.   :)

Google Blog

It seemed only fitting that the first blog to be Reviewed by Review Blog is the Official Google Blog.

It is no secret that Google rules the Blogosphere. Lurk in any forum for bloggers and you will find that people want to know how to get a higher page rank, how to show up on the first page of Google search, and how to get people to click on their Google Ads. (Hint: Don’t ask them to click on your ads, Google doesn’t like that!)

The best way to find out how the minds behind Google think is to go to their blogs. And I do me Blogs, as in plural.

I didn’t actually count, but if you peruse the Google Blogs Directory you will find well over 100 blogs on every Google related topic you can think of. There is an amazing amount of information available and you could probably spend months going through it all. So I suggest you start with the Google Webmaster Central Blog.

Google Webmaster Blog has posts on SEO for beginners, using Captcha, and a video post from Matt Cutts on how Google treats links from Twitter.

So before you trust some stranger in a forum to answer your questions about Google, why don’t you go straight to the source and check out the Google Blogs.
